Appellant Omega Lout sued The Methodist Hospital for injuries she allegedly sustained after slipping on water that had accumulated on the Hospital’s floor. The Hospital successfully moved for dismissal of the case on the ground that Lout failed to file an expert report as required in a health-care-liability claim. In the sole issue presented for our review, Lout contends that the trial court erred in dismissing her suit because this is not' a healthcare-liability claim, and thus, no expert report is required.
