This is an appeal from a trespass to try title action. Appellant, Dorwayne Wall (‘Wall”), filed suit against the adjoining property owners, Troy and Frances Carrell (“Carrell”), and L.R. Wells (Wells”), to determine ownership of a 31.4 acre strip of land and to recover damages for timber that was cut on the land in controversy.
