Plaintiffs-Appellants Alliance Security Products, Inc., and Alliance Security International, LLC (collectively “Alliance”) appeal from a judgment of the district court entered January 29, 2007, granting defendant-appellee Fleming & Company’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint, and denying plaintiffs’ motion for a preliminary injunction.
