The plaintiff in this action sues on behalf of himself and other stockholders of the 1). G-. Yuengling Brewing Company. His object is to compel the defendant to account for- property of the corporation which he purchased at. a sale‘under a judgment in foreclosure from a receiver,, and for profits made out of the use of the said . property and also that'it be adjudged that the defendant holds the real and personal' property formerly belonging to the said corporation received by him in trust for the stockholders of the said corporation, and that the said real estate' be: impressed…
