In this case there is a single question involved, that is, whether it is proper to allow $8.95 for the weighing of the merchandise at the warehouse of the purchaser in the city of New York.. It appears that the merchandise, consisting of hides, was transported from Nicaragua to New York, and entered at the United States value of 9 cents per pound.
