These matters come on for consideration in accordance with 10th Cir. R. 9(e) and Fed.R.App.P. 34(a). Plaintiff’s motion for leave to proceed on appeal in forma pauper-is is granted.
Plaintiff, while an inmate at the Oklahoma State Penitentiary, filed the underlying 42 U.S.C. § 1983 civil rights actions.
