In this action, the appellee was plaintiff, and the appellants were defendants, in the court below.

In his' complaint, the appellee alleged, in substance, that on the 10th day of August, 1868, in the court below, he had recovered a judgment against one Leonard Harriman for the sum of six hundred and seventy-three dollars and sixty cents, and costs of suit taxed at six dollars and sixty-five cents, which judgment remained unpaid, unreversed, and in full force; that on the 27th day of February, 1869, there was in the hands of the sheriff of Madison county, Indiana, to be executed by him, an…
