Plaintiff’s husband, Thomas King, then •54 years of age, died at Munising, Michigan, on March 21, 1922, of a cancer which had developed in his prostate gland. Imputing the development of the cancer and original cause of his death to an injury he sustained in an accident which befell him on February 4, 1921, while employed by the Munising Paper Company as boom boss in charge of rafting and handling its logs, plaintiff made claim for compensation under the workmen’s compensation act.
