This is an appeal from a judgment of the county court of Vermilion county, rendered at the June term, 1903, against the real property of appellant, for certain taxes of the year 1902 which were delinquent. The judgment was entered after a hearing upon the written objections of the appellant, which covered the taxes hereinafter enumerated, and is for the town taxes of the towns of Georgetown, Danville and Elwood, for a $9000 town tax levied in the .town of Georgetown by virtue of a special election, for part of the road and bridge tax of the town of Georgetown, and for part of the road and…
