ORDER

McCUSKEY, District Judge.

On June 6, 2000, Defendant, Plumbers & Steamfitters Local # 149, filed a Motion for Summary Judgment (# 7). The motion is in response to a complaint filed by Plaintiff, James Dean Foley, that Local 149 had violated several sections of the Labor Management Reporting and Disclosure Act and the Mail Fraud statute. Following careful consideration of the arguments of the parties and the documents filed, this Court concludes that Local 149 is entitled to summary judgment.
