This case, in which the plaintiff asserts Miehigan-law claims of tortious interference with contractual relationships, comes before us on appeal from a summary judgment for the defendants.

It is undisputed that personnel employed by the plaintiff for fixed terms were recruited to work for the defendant corporation before the expiration of their contracts with the plaintiff. The record leaves little room for doubt that a jury would be entitled to find that the defendants (with one exception) were not only familiar with the nature of the contracts, but…
