King Island Native Community, an Eskimo tribe located in Nome, Alaska, appeals from a judgment of the District Court, Tenth Judicial *244District, Fergus County, denying the Tribe’s motion to transfer jurisdiction of child custody proceedings of an Eskimo child under the Indian Child Welfare Act. We affirm.
