This action is one for an accounting and for dissolution of a partnership between brothers, Derril Simpson and Kerney Simpson.1 The partnership property consisted primarily, but not exclusively, of real property. After stipulating to the valuation of the properties and of their respective interests in each property, the parties submitted to the court the issue of how the properties should be allocated.
