Decided August 27, 1931No. 20917Published

1Opinion of the CourtBell, J.

John F. Wages sued Atlantic Ice & Coal Company and L. W. Brown to recover damages alleged to have been sustained by the plaintiff by reason of negligence of the defendants. The jury found a verdict for the plaintiff in the sum of $4,000, and the defendants excepted to the overruling of their motion for a new trial. The general grounds and one of the special grounds of this motion are expressly waived in this court, and only two questions are presented for decision, these having been raised by exceptions to the charge of the court, as contained in the amendment to the motion for a new trial.
