AMENDED OPINION REGARDING ORDER FOR ABANDONMENT OF PROPERTY OF THE ESTATE

On March 13, 2007, in this bankruptcy case, the Court entered an “Order For Abandonment Of Property Of The Estate” (Docket # 34), which purported to abandon to creditor Craig Cassel the claims of Debtor Renaissance Stone Works, L.L.C. against Blake Turvey. Cassel had been asserting the Debtor’s claims against Tur-vey as derivative claims, in an adversary proceeding related to Turvey’s own bankruptcy case (Case Nos. 06-5044 and 06-46793).
