On June 7, 2016, defendant Breyon Lee was indicted on one count of interference with interstate commerce by robbery, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1951, and he was arrested on June 17, 2016. Indictment [Dkt. # 13]; Arrest Warrant [Dkt. # 14]. On June 20, 2016, the government filed a motion for pretrial detention. Gov’t Mot. for Pretrial Detention [Dkt. # 16] (“Gov’t Detention Mot.”).
