I. INTRODUCTION

Appellant Old American County Mutual Fire Insurance Company (“Old American”) filed a declaratory action seeking to determine whether an employee was covered under his employer’s commercial auto liability policy. This appeal follows the trial court’s summary-judgment determination that coverage existed.
