MORROW, District Judge.
This case now involves the petb tions of the Pacific Marine Supply Company and of William J. Brady against the. proceeds of sale of the steam tug Katie O’Neil. The claim of the libelant, the Black Diamond Coal Company, and those of several others who intervened, have been previously adjudicated. The claims of the two petitioners above referred to come now before the court on exceptions to two reports filed by the commissioner to whom the above claims were referred for proof.
