Reversing.

James M. Coyle died testate in tbe year 1920. Although not expressly set out in the record, it may be gleaned from the exhibits filed that at the time of his death he had four living children and descendants of three deceased children. We are informed in brief that there was another child who died in infancy. One of the children who had predeceased James Marion Coyle was a daughter, Ellen Coyle Pearson, who died in 1918, leaving issue. She had had nine children, of whom seven survived her, being the plaintiffs, now appellees, Gurty Pearson,…
