This action came before the court on September 16, 1980, to determine whether the plaintiffs, George C. Moore, Rufus Harris, Jr., and Bobby Minard, satisfy the requirements of Rule 23, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, to maintain a class action as representatives of a class.
