This is a will contest, tried de novo in the District Court of Rusk County, Texas, before a jury, on a single special issue of whether the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of W. T. Griffin, deceased, was procured through undue influence exerted on him by his surviving wife, Mrs. Gussie Griffin, the proponent of the will in question, and the appellant herein. R. M.
