In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Ramirez, J.), entered February 4, 1994, which granted the motion of the defendant Commander Multi-Drill, Division of Reynolds Machine and Tool Corp. for summary judgment dismissing the complaint, cross claims, and counterclaims insofar as asserted against it.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
