I. Plaintiff, in her petition, alleged, in substance, the following facts: That she is’the widow of A. J. Jones, deceased, who died November 30,1891, ■intestate, and that defendants, Ann Storms, Caroline Manning, and Effie Grripple, are the children of said *370Jones, and stepchildren of plaintiff. That plaintiff married Jones December 12, 1873, at which time she was the owner of an undivided two thirds interest in certain real estate, in all amounting to about one hundred and sixty-two and one half acres of land.
