This appeal arises from the district court’s grant of summary judgment to defendants Hewitt, Coleman & Associates, Inc. (Hewitt, Coleman) and People’s Security Life Insurance Company (People’s).1 While we normally review summary judgments de novo, see Overstreet v. Kentucky Cent. Life Ins.
