MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

DAVID L. RUSSELL, Chief Judge.

At issue are Defendant, General Motors Corporation’s (“Defendant”) Motion for Partial Summary Judgment on the issue of punitive damages; and Motion for Partial Summary Judgment on Plaintiffs’ “Air Bag” Claim, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 56(b). This Court’s jurisdiction over the instant suit is based upon diversity of citizenship of the parties pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332(a)(1), and is undisputed.
