Defendant, Painting Plus, Inc. (PPI), appeals from an order of the circuit court of Cook County entered June 23, 1992, denying its post-trial motion to vacate the court’s order of April 22, 1992. The order of April 22, 1992, granted various relief to plaintiffs, John D. Bielecki and Erigid Bielecki, as beneficiaries of Standard Bank trust No. 8639 (Bieleckis), regarding a real estate sales contract for the construction of a luxury home.
