Before the Court are (1) the Romero Plaintiffs’ Motion for Reconsideration of the Court’s November 12, 2015 Order, or Alternatively, for Certification of the Order for Immediate Appeal1 and (2) the McLaughlin and Harris Plaintiffs-Interve-nors’ Motion for Reconsideration of the Court’s November 12, 2015 Order, or Alternatively, for Certification of the Order for Immediate Appeal.2 The Court grants both motions for reconsideration.
