REQUESTED BY: Senator Kermit A. Brashear Nebraska State Legislature LB 762 would repeal the Nebraska Campaign Finance Limitation Act, Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 32-1601 through 32-1614 (1998, Cum. Supp. 2002) (the "Act"). That bill also provides that any monies left in the Campaign Finance Limitation Cash Fund ("CFLA Cash Fund") upon repeal of the Act would be placed in the Nebraska Accountability and Disclosure Cash Fund.
