CODY, Justice.

The trial court sustained a general demurrer to that portion of plaintiffs’ pleading which sought a temporary injunction.

The petition shows that the suit is brought by resident taxpayers of the City of South Houston, which is incorporated under general law, against the city officials to enjoin them in the respects hereinafter indicated, and for the recovery of $16,000, alleged ' to ■ have been misappropriated and misapplied, and for the removal from office of such officials.
