This vaccine case is before the court on petitioner’s motion for review of the special master’s decision denying compensation under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act, 42 U.S.C. 300aa-1 to 300aa-34 (1994) (Vaccine Act), for injuries sustained by Brian Christopher Wittner.
