There is but one question in this case which we are called upon to notice, as that is decisive of the controversy. The terminal call in the petition for the laying out and establishment of the county road in. question, including the last designated course, is described as follows: “Thence west by the most practicable route to intersect the Bums-Narrows Road on line dividing sections 26 and 35, in township 26 south, range 30 east, at the southwest corner of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of said section 26.” According to the report of the viewers, the proposed road terminates…
