Before the Court, without oral argument, is the Defendants Green Acre Farms, Inc. and Valley Fruit Orchards, LLC’s (collectively, “Grower Defendants”) Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(h)(3), ECF No. 255.
