OPINION AND ORDER

THRASH, District Judge.

This is an action seeking to recover on a fire loss. It is before the Court on the Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. 23]. For the reasons set forth below, the Defendant’s motion is GRANTED.

I. BACKGROUND

Plaintiff Celia Michele Farmer is a resident of the State of Georgia. Defendant Allstate Insurance Company (“Allstate”) is an Illinois corporation with its principal place of business in that state.
