The appellant, Ruth Campbell, attorney for R. G. Fowler, was a codefendant with the appellee, J. S. Love, superintendent of banks, to a bill of interpleader filed by the Merchants’ Bank & Trust Company of Jackson, Mississippi, asking the court to determine the respective rights of the appellant and appellee to a special deposit of one thousand five hundred ninety-eight dollars and forty cents held by it.
