MOINET, District Judge.
This matter comes before the Court for the consideration of the approval of two plans of reorganization, one filed by the Trustee, and the second filed by Harold M. Shapero, a bondholder, in a proceeding for the reorganization of the debtor under Chapter X of the Bankruptcy Act as amended, 11 U.S.C.A. § 501 et seq. On August 17, 1943, an involuntary petition was filed for the reorganization of the debtor, which was approved as properly filed on December 14,1943, and the National Bank of Detroit was on the same day appointed Trustee.
