MAJOR, Chief Judge.
This is an appeal from a judgment favorable to the plaintiff in an action for damages sustained as a result of a collision between his automobile and one driven by the defendant. The collision occurred at the intersection of two country highways. The action was predicated upon the alleged negligence of the defendant, and was tried to a jury which rendered a verdict in favor of the plaintiff.
