OPINION

Appellant/defendant Delbert D. Evege appeals his conviction and sentence from the Ashland County Court of Common Pleas on three counts of trafficking in marijuana within the vicinity of a school, each a violation of R.C. 2925.03(A).

STATEMENT OF THE CASE AND FACTS

On July 6, 1998, appellant was indicted on three counts of trafficking in marijuana in amounts less than 200 grams in the vicinity of a school, in violation of R.C. 2925.03 (A), felonies of the fourth degree, pursuant to R.C. 2925.03(C)(3)(b).
