Plaintiff William Cody was injured. while operating a press in his job with Iroquois Tool & Die Company. At the trial of plaintiffs suit against persons responsible for the manufacture and installation of certain parts of the press, the trial judge directed a verdict for defendant Marcel Electric Company on a negligence count and the jury returned a verdict of no cause of action in favor of both defendants Allen-Bradley Company and Marcel Electric on the remaining counts. Both plaintiff and intervenor 1 appeal these verdicts as a matter of right.
