Affirming.
The Louisville & Interurban Bailroad Company instituted this proceeding against Carrie M. David and her children to condemn a lot of ground 35 feet wide by 139 feet deep, lying on the north side of Linden Street, between Brook and Floyd Streets, in the City of Louisville. The commissioners appointed by the court fixed the value of the lot and improvements at $4,500. Both sides excepted, and a jury in the county court fixed the value of the property at $6,335.
