Appellant Material Partnerships, Inc. (“MPI”) originally sued Sacos Tubulares del Centro, S.A. de C.V. (“Sacos”), a Mexican corporation, claiming Sacos owed MPI over $900,000 for materials MPI delivered to Sacos on an open account.
