Larry Ramsey appeals from a judgment awarding Jeffrey L. Davis and Tamara M. Davis damages for wrongful garnishment and slander of title. In three issues, Ramsey contends generally that the trial court erred in: (1) finding him hable and awarding damages for wrongful garnishment; (2) finding him liable and awarding dam ages for slander of title and; (3) granting the Davises’ petition for equitable bill of review. We sustain Ramsey’s first issue, reverse the trial court’s judgment on the wrongful garnishment claim, and render judgment that the Davises take…
