Appeal from a judgment of the Onondaga County Court (William D. Walsh, J.), rendered August 15, 2006. The judgment convicted defendant, upon her plea of guilty, of identity theft in the first degree.
It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.
