The complainant is one of the next of kin of John Rorback, deceased, late of Newton, in the county of Sussex. He died on the loth of February, 1855, intestate, never having been married, leaving as next of kin four brothers and sisters, and the complainant and her sister, Martha Scott, the only children of a deceased sister, each of whom was thus entitled to one-tentli of the residue of liis personal estate.
