Pursuant to the order of this Court, dated September 3, 1975, these 25 actions were brought in the original jurisdiction of this Court by the State of South Carolina on the relation of its Attorney General, Daniel R. McLeod, against the defendants named in each of the several complaints. The State brings the actions pursuant to the Uniform Declaratory Judgments Act, § 10-2001 et seq., Code of Laws of South Carolina (1962).
