OPINION ON APPELLANT’S PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW

CAMPBELL, Judge.

Appellant was convicted for the felony offense of burglary of a building. V.T. C.A. Penal Code, sec. 30.02(a)(3). The jury assessed punishment at eighteen years confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections. The Fort Worth Court of Appeals affirmed his conviction in a published opinion. Sanders v. State, 675 S.W.2d 343 (Tex.App.—Fort Worth 1984).
