BILL VANCE, Justice.

Tommy Jenkins (Jenkins) sued Guardian Industries Corp. (Guardian), his former employer, and Charles Hicks (Hicks), his former supervisor, for -wrongful termination. Summary Judgment was granted in favor of both Guardian and Hicks. Jenkins appeals, asserting that genuine issues of material fact exist as to (1) whether he was terminated in retaliation for filing a workers’ compensation claim and (2) whether his termination was in violation of the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act (TCHRA). See Tex. Lab.Code Ann. §§ 21.001-506, 451.001-.008 (Vernon 1996 & Supp.1999).…
