Plaintiff initiated this action on May 4, 2005, asserting claims against Defendants for defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, civil conspiracy, and violation of the Labor Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959, 42 U.S.C. § 401 et seq. (“LMRDA”). Now pending before the court is Defendants’ motion to dismiss, filed on March 3, 2006.
