Gary Feinerman, United States District Judge *780Frank Calabrese brings this suit against four members of the Cook County State's Attorney Office, the City of Des Plaines, five Des Plaines police officers, and the Director of the Illinois State Police, alleging violations of the federal and state constitutions in connection with his arrest, prosecution, and conviction for violating an order of protection.
