A. INTRODUCTION
Before this court for decision are a number of objections (“the Objections”) to confirmation of the Amended Chapter 13 Plan (“the Plan”) of CHARLES J. WEISS (“the Debtor”) lodged by the Internal Revenue Service (“the IRS”). We ultimately conclude that the Plan cannot be confirmed because (1) the Debtor’s bankruptcy estate is solvent and the Debtor’s plan does not propose to pay the IRS the full amount of its claim, including what we conclude is requisite post-petition interest, despite our finding that the Debtor has sufficient…
