ORDER DENTING PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

MCCALLA, District Judge.

Before the Court is the Motion of Plaintiffs, Hilton Hotels Corporation and Pro-mus Hotel Corporation, for Summary Judgment Pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 56, filed February 15, 2002. Defendants responded in opposition on August 13, 2002. Plaintiffs filed a reply on October 2, 2002. Additionally, the Court held a teleconference in this matter on October 4, 2002, at which counsel for both parties were given an opportunity to be heard on the motion for summary judgment.
